1. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
   1. Every profile is made by a representative of a valid company. The conditions of a valid company are outlined in section 2;
   2. Live sound profile that meet our requirements. Conditions are outlined in section 3;
   3. Profile name can be; 
      • your brand name;
      • your company name;
   4. You confirm that the uploaded images display the visuals of the studios and are owned by the uploader; 
   5. You confirm that all the information you provide on your profile is valid and verifiable;
   6. Portfolios must have clearly legible information that the studio or the studio team member are involved;
   7. A gear list must only include your legal property;
      • if your list contains gear that belongs to someone else, then the owner of that technique can share their gear with your profile.
2. COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
   1. The company has a national registration number;
   2. The company is not in debt;
   3. The company is currently active;
3. LIVE SOUND REQUIREMENTS
   1. Live sound service provider guarantees the terms of the reservation. 

The Client acknowledges that its use of the live sound services is entirely at its own sole risk. 
Studio Baltics shall not be liable for the employment relations between the customer and the service provider.
