1. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
   1. Every profile is made by a representative of a valid company. The conditions of a valid company are outlined in section 2;
   2. Studio rooms that meet our requirements. Room conditions are outlined in section 3;
   3. Profile name can be; 
      1. your brand name;
      2. your company name;
   4. You confirm that the uploaded images display the visuals of the studios and are owned by the uploader; 
   5. You confirm that all the information you provide on your profile is valid and verifiable;
   6. Portfolios must have clearly legible information that the studio or the studio team member are involved;
   7. A gear list must only include your legal property;
      1. if your list contains gear that belongs to someone else, then the owner of that technique can share their gear with your profile.
2. COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
   1. The company has a national registration number;
   2. The company is not in debt;
   3. The company is currently active;
3. STUDIO REQUIREMENTS
   1. Recording studio is a specialized facility for sound recording, mixing, and audio production of instrumental or vocal musical performances, spoken words, and other undefined sounds. Recording studio facilities must include at least one control room, live room or vocal booth (separately from control room), and professional audio recording equipment.;
   2. Mixing studio is a specialized facility for sound mixing, and audio production of instrumental or vocal musical performances, spoken words, and other undefined sounds;
   3. Mastering studio is a place designed, equipped and staffed specifically to handle all the chores associated with mastering audio for wide-spread commercial release.
   4. Production sound contains ADR, foley, boom operator. 
      1. ADR studio is a specialized facility for ADR recording;
      2. Foley studio is a specialized facility for reproduction of everyday sound effects;
      3. Boom operator is a member of the sound department, who operates the recording equipment;
   5. Producing Studio is a specialized facility for audio production. 

The Client acknowledges that its use of the live sound services is entirely at its own sole risk. 
Studio Baltics shall not be liable for the employment relations between the customer and the service provider.
